7:45 a.m. Earliest time children may arrive at school
Breakfast is served until 8:00 a.m.

8:10 a.m. Morning Announcements, Moment of Silence
Parents must sign students in the office, tardy notes required
2:55 p.m. Afternoon announcements
3:00 p.m. Dismissal
Directions for parents:
Students will not be supervised until 7:45 a.m. when the doors to the school are open. If you are bringing your child to school by car your child must remain in the vehicle until the AJS staff opens the doors and motions for your child to come inside. It is unsafe for children to be unsupervised during this time.
Written notification is required each time your child’s means of transportation changes. This includes a note giving permission from both sets of parents if a student is going home with another student. These arrangements need to be made before your child arrives at school, thus avoiding daily phone calls home. Phone calls to the office changing the means of transportation for your child should be limited to emergencies only. All students must be picked up by 3:15 p.m. Please make arrangements to follow this policy. |
